What is VirtueTailor?

VirtueTailor is software for stitching businesses. It keeps orders and measurements, runs a production board from cutting to delivery, makes GST bills with UPI payment, and tracks stock, staff and reports — on the phone app and the web.

Who is VirtueTailor for?

Boutiques, men's and women's tailors, alteration shops, uniform makers, embroidery centres, designers and multi-branch workshops — from a one-machine counter to a large workshop.

How much does VirtueTailor cost?

Which languages does it support?

English and 10 Indian languages: Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Bengali, Gujarati, Punjabi and Odia.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes. There is a phone app for the owner and staff, and the same account works in any web browser on a computer.

Can I make GST bills and take UPI payments?

Yes. VirtueTailor makes GST invoices with CGST and SGST, shows a UPI QR at booking and delivery, tracks advance and balance, and shares bills on WhatsApp.

How do my customers know when their clothes are ready?

Each order gets a tracking link and WhatsApp updates, so customers see the stage of their garment without calling the shop.

Is my customers' data safe?

Each shop's data is kept separate. VirtueTailor has consent and privacy tools built for India's DPDP Act, and customers can ask to see, correct or delete their data.
