Plans with a free trial cost nothing until the trial ends. You can stop at any time during the trial.
Cancelling
You can cancel a plan at any time by writing to us. The plan stays active until the end of the period already paid for, and is not renewed.
Refunds
- Monthly plans are not refunded once the month has started.
- Yearly plans cancelled within 14 days of payment are refunded in full; after that, the unused full months are refunded.
- A payment charged twice or in error is refunded in full.
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay within 7 working days of approval.
Orders with businesses
Payments a customer makes to a business (for garments) are between the customer and that business, under the business's own terms.
