Who keeps your data
your business keeps your details to make and deliver your garments. It uses VirtueTailor software, run by Virtue Tailor India Private Limited, which stores the data for the business.
What is recorded
- Your name and phone number (and WhatsApp number, email or address if you give them).
- Your measurements, design choices, and photos or voice notes about your garment.
- Your orders, bills and payments.
Why
- To take your order, stitch and deliver it, and bill you.
- To send you order updates and bills (on WhatsApp only if you agree).
Bills are kept for 8 years because GST law requires it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask your business at any time to show, correct or delete your details, or to stop messages. You can also withdraw your consent; the business will stop using your details except what the law requires it to keep.
If you are not satisfied, contact VirtueTailor's Grievance Officer, and then the Data Protection Board of India.
