What is recorded
- Your name, mobile number, photo (optional), role and department.
- Joining date, date of birth, employment type, experience and pay details the owner enters.
- Attendance: check-in and check-out times, and your phone's location only at the moment you check in or out, to show whether you were at the shop. Your location is never tracked at other times.
- Leave requests, the work assigned to you and what you complete.
Why
For employment purposes: attendance, pay, leave and assigning work, which the DPDP Act allows as a legitimate use. Your business is responsible for this data; VirtueTailor processes it for the business.
Your rights
You can see your own profile, attendance, leave and payslips (if the owner allows) in the app, ask the owner to correct them, and raise a request or grievance from Me → Privacy & data.
